With over 15 years of experience in community-based natural resources management, catchment-based integrated water resources management, and climate change mitigation and adaptation. I have successfully implemented 46 Community-Driven Development micro-watershed / water catchment sub-projects that incentive local communities and households to conserve environmental and natural resources. At Wetlands International Eastern Africa, I am working as the Project Officer for the Ecosystem-based Disaster Risk Reduction (Eco-DRR) Project in Aswa Water Catchment, Northern Uganda.
I hold a Master of Science in protected area management from Klagenfurt University, Austria, a diploma in endangered species management from the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, UK; and a Bachelor of Science in forestry from Makerere University, Uganda.
